Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager in Real Estate located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role requires managing and overseeing daily sales operations, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and supervising the sales team to meet revenue goals. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. This position also involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for business growth, and reporting on sales performance. Partial remote work is acceptable as part of the hybrid model.

Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Market Analysis skills
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
- Team Leadership and People Management abilities
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to hybrid work environments
- Demonstrated experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
