Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to grow and lead sales in Ballast, Precast, Concrete Blocks, and Cabro products. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of construction materials, proven sales experience, and the ability to manage a high-performing sales team while building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, developers, and infrastructure projects.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and procurement officers.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve set goals.
- Conduct market research to monitor competition, pricing, and industry trends.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address product or service issues by coordinating with the quality team.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years of proven sales experience in construction materials (Ballast, Precast, Blocks, Cabro preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Wide network in the construction and real estate industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
