The Sales & Marketing Manager will spearhead the promotion and sale of biomass briquettes, expanding the company’s market share and driving revenue growth. The role will involve strategy development, client acquisition, brand building, and ensuring customer satisfaction, positioning Agristainability Limited as a leader in clean energy solutions.

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify, engage, and grow customer segments including industries, hotels, schools, institutions, and households.
  • Build and manage strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals profitably.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to refine strategies.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Lead marketing campaigns to create awareness and demand for biomass briquettes.
  • Organize product demonstrations, exhibitions, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and distribute marketing materials (brochures, digital content, case studies).
  • Strengthen the company’s presence through digital platforms, social media, and networking events.

Strategic Planning

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and growth areas.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies that balance affordability and profitability.
  • Establish partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and organizations promoting sustainable energy.

Leadership & Operations

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a small sales team to achieve set objectives.
  • Provide training on sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth customer service.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in renewable energy, manufacturing, or FMCG.
  • Strong track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Knowledge of biomass, renewable energy, or sustainable fuels is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently while leading and inspiring a team.
