We are an established and reputable real estate company specializing in the sale of prime plots. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for Sales Lead Agents to support our Sales Executive in generating leads, marketing plots, and converting prospects into successful buyers.

Role Overview
As a Sales Lead Agent, your main responsibility will be to:
- Market available plots to potential buyers
- Generate and manage qualified leads
- Follow up with prospects and support conversions
- Once you secure a lead, promptly coordinate with the Sales Executive, who will handle the site visit arrangements and accompany the client to the property. After your lead successfully converts into a sale, you will receive your commission. You are also expected to follow up with your client to confirm that the site visit was completed and that a plot was booked, ensuring the sale is fully validated.
- This role requires confidence in selling plots, understanding customer needs, and having a general knowledge of the real estate industry in Kenya.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales (real estate sales is a strong advantage)
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own leads
- Knowledge of selling plots and the Kenyan real estate landscape
- Self-driven individuals who enjoy the challenge of closing deals
Compensation
- This is a commission-based role.
- Commission is 5% per sale, shared equally between the Sales Executive and the Lead Agent.
