Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including face-to-face interactions and online platforms.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and present appropriate FMCG products.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ensure consistent product visibility both in physical outlets and online to maximize brand presence.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and promotions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences and market conditions.
Key Requirement Skills And Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or a similar fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in online selling and digital marketing will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and delivering excellent service.
