Sales Executives Job
Job Purpose:
The Sales Executives will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, presenting vehicle options and supporting the sales process from initial contact to final handover. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for ambitious individuals who are keen to break into the automotive industry and grow with a supportive and forward-thinking organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage walk-in and online customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Present vehicle options clearly and confidently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Follow up on online leads and inquiries to convert prospects into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and report on sales activities.
- Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
- Support the team with customer events, showroom displays, and marketing campaigns.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions and apply knowledge on the job.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have a Diploma or higher qualification in a business-related field.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, extroverted, and naturally talkative personality.
- Must have eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
- Sales experience within the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.
