Candidate Eligibility :
- Must be originally from India (Indian origin).
- Must be a citizen or permanent resident of Kenya.
- Should have good knowledge of Kenyan industrial and commercial markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage sales activities for SCTPL products in Kenya and surrounding regions.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, industrial clients, and consultants.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
- Coordinate with the India head office for pricing, quotations, technical support, and delivery schedules.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Represent the company during client meetings, site visits, and trade exhibitions.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales of electrical or switchgear products.
- Strong understanding of switchgear, control panels, relays, MCCs, and related products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel locally for client visits and sales meetings
