About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the switchgear and lighting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence across Kenya.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell switchgear, lighting, and electrical products to contractors, consultants, developers, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits as required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, deliveries, and customer support.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of proven sales experience in switchgear, lighting products, or related electrical industry (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of electrical components, lighting solutions, panels, and switchgear systems.
- Existing network with contractors, consultants, or distributors in Kenya is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Valid driving license preferred.
