Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding Ed-admin’s presence, developing strategic relationships with educational institutions and achieving defined revenue targets. This role requires a professional who can engage stakeholders at all levels, deliver compelling product demonstrations and manage a structured sales process from prospecting to close.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Ed-admin’s footprint in East Africa.
- Identify, engage and build strong relationships with decision makers in schools and education networks.
- Conduct high-quality presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline and accurate reporting within the CRM.
- Represent Ed-admin at workshops, conferences and sector events.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Monitor regional market trends and provide insights to management and product teams.
- Travel within Kenya and occasionally across East Africa as required.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Proven success in software, Ed-tech or IT solutions sales.
- Strong sector knowledge and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, organized and able to operate with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and structured sales processes.
