Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in hardware, construction materials, or industrial manufacturing.
- Proven experience dealing with construction firms, contractors, hardware outlets, or distributors.
- Computer literate (MS Office; ERP knowledge preferred).
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and explore new markets.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, hardware, and industrial markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales as per company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategy.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for timely deliveries.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Participate in exhibitions, marketing events, and promotional activities.
