We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team. This integrated role is critical to our commercial success and operational excellence. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales, managing key aspects of the supply chain and fostering strong customer relationships. Sales and Commercial Execution:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our pharmaceutical and Skincare products portfolio, including indications, storage requirements and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare and manage accurate quotations and tenders (RFQs), ensuring compliance with company pricing strategies.
  • Generate and analyse daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports to track performance against targets and inform strategic decisions.
  • Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about new and existing products.
  • Collaborate closely with the field sales team to ensure a 100% conversion of qualified leads into confirmed orders.
  • Assist in preparing payment allocation lists as guided by the finance department and supervisor.

Supply Chain and Procurement Coordination:

  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock takes and proactively monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and minimize overstocking, considering product shelf-life.
  • Order Fulfilment: Accurately process customer orders, ensure the right customer, right product and right quantity is dispatched, adhering to Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
  • Import & Logistics Support: Liaise with the procurement and logistics teams to track shipments of imported products, update on lead times and communicate potential delays to customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to products, orders and account management via phone, email and WhatsApp.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, including handling complaints, coordinating returns or replacements in line with company policy and regulatory guidelines and troubleshooting supply issues.
  • Systematically collect and relay customer feedback to the marketing and product management teams to enhance service delivery and identify new product opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term, trusted partnerships with our clients.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales, customer service or supply chain role within a pharmaceutical company or a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company with a strong regulatory framework.
  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales or customer order management is highly desirable.` `
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain principles, including procurement, inventory management (e.g., FIFO), and logistics.
  • Familiarity with basic Good Distribution Practices (GDP) for pharmaceuticals is a significant advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in order processing and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer and supply chain issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant IT systems (CRM, ERP, MS Office).
