The Remote Sales Closer is responsible for managing all inbound and follow-up calls from leads generated through Google LSA and digital marketing campaigns. This role involves identifying client pain points, recommending suitable service packages, and guiding prospects through the sales process to close new businesses successfully.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and consultative selling skills, along with a proven track record of closing service-based offers with U.S. clients. This position is key to driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads into satisfied customers.

  • Conduct inbound consultations with prospective clients via phone or Zoom.
  • Utilize provided scripts and frameworks to identify client needs and position firm services effectively.
  • Present service options clearly, address objections, and build rapport and trust with each lead.
  • Manage follow-ups and pipeline activities through CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date call notes and sales documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Accounting Team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
  • Track and report key sales metrics including call volume, conversion rate, and total revenue closed.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly closing goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, closing, or appointment setting (B2B or service-based preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to close offers ranging from $500 to $10,000+ via phone or video call.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
  • Must be able to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, Zoom, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding closing targets in prior roles.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves):
  • Previous experience selling tax, accounting, or financial advisory services to U.S. clients.
  • Familiarity with Google Local Service Ads (LSA), Zoom sales presentations, and GoHighLevel CRM.
  • Experience working remotely with U.S.-based small or mid-sized businesses.
