Sales and Marketing Executive

We are a leading importer and distributor of high-quality industrial tools and blades, seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships in the construction, aviation, horticulture, and mechanical sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, client visits, and digital outreach
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share across target industries
  • Promote and position premium European brands to prospective clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with sales goals
  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups

Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or industrial product marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong understanding of the Kenyan construction and engineering market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license and/or willingness to travel locally
