We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales and Administrative Officer to support our sales team and manage daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
  • Prepare sales documents, proposals, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and maintain client relationships.
  • Manage and update customer information in the company database or CRM system.
  • Handle general office tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in generating sales reports and tracking team performance.
  • Process and track sales orders to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Diploma in Business Studies
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • Education: A Business degree, B.Com., or an equivalent qualification is required.
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing

At least 2 year(s)

  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative role is a significant asset.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, is essential.
