Summary:
Our client is seeking to recruit highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisors to join their dynamic team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and Motivate Staff:
- Lead, train, and develop a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to ensure excellent customer service and efficient service delivery.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Customer Service:
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns, resolving issues promptly, and providing feedback to staff.
- Monitor service quality, ensuring consistency and excellence in food and beverage delivery.
Operational Efficiency:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage inventory, track sales, and monitor labor costs to optimize profitability.
Sales Growth:
- Promote menu items, specials, and promotions to drive sales and increase revenue.
- Build relationships with regular customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant supervision or management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
