Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Chef to join their kitchen team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about food, skilled in preparing a variety of dishes, and able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality meals consistently
- Ensure proper food presentation, taste, and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- Monitor stock levels, reduce wastage, and maintain kitchen order
- Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- At least 2 – 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant chef in a busy restaurant
- Knowledge of various cuisines is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality
