Recruitment Intern at One Acre Fund

About The Role

• The Global Recruitment Intern will be a member of our Global Recruitment Team. You will support the Operations sub-team. You will report to the Recruitment Senior Coordinator, and you will also collaboratively work with others on the global team.

Responsibilities

• You will complete recurring tasks to keep our recruitment operations running with minimal errors.
• You will oversee the candidate screening and selection process from application to hire and provide excellent customer service to all candidates, and enjoy winning in the details.
• You will manage the candidate database using our Applicant Tracking System to track applications and analyze data to improve processes.
• Project/Process Improvements: In collaboration with your manager, you will support change and improvement strategies in our recruitment systems, utilizing data to achieve results.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field of study

Must have:

• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or relevant HR experience
• Experience using applicant tracking systems e.g., greenhouse is desirable but not compulsory
• Basic data analysis skills – you can pick out patterns
• An ability to maintain Excel or Google Sheets/trackers
• Collaboration experience with different stakeholders
• Great learning skills, curious, and a knack for attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English
