Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including marketing and selling Achitectural Drawings,Property Development Plans,Building & Construction Services, negotiating deals and providing excellent customer service. The role requires a proactive approach to meeting sales targets, building relationships with clients, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate and construction market.
Qualifications
- Real Estate Sales skills and an active Real Estate License
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge and experience in the real estate industry
- Proven sales record and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
