Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Consultant, based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with flexibility for some remote work. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property transactions, managing client relationships, and providing customized solutions to meet client needs. Tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating property sales and leases, and staying informed on market trends to guide clients effectively. The role involves significant client-facing responsibilities and requires proactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Consulting, Sales, and Real Estate
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the local property market and industry regulations
- Proficiency in multitasking and managing priorities
- Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in property sales or consultation is a plus
