Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Public Health, Social Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience working in community health programs, SRHR, youth programs, or related development projects.
- Experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Strong skills in community mobilization and working with diverse community groups.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be willing to travel within project sites.
Added Advantage
- Training or certification in SRHR, M&E, safeguarding, or community facilitation.
