The Project Officer will support a family office services company structure. The role offers a unique opportunity for a versatile, strategic, and results-driven professional to coordinate and implement cross cutting projects across governance, finance, operations, and brand development. The Officer will contribute to the design, execution, and monitoring of key initiatives that strengthen institutional frameworks, enhance operational efficiency, and drive organizational growth.

Over time, the role is expected to evolve as the enterprise expands, offering accelerated career growth and exposure to high-level strategic projects within a dynamic family office ecosystem.

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Support the CEO in defining project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project work plans, budgets, and performance dashboards.
  • Track implementation progress and ensure timely execution of assigned activities.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental and partner communication to ensure seamless delivery.

Project Implementation & Reporting

  • Support day-to-day execution of cross-functional projects within Hodari and client entities.
  • Maintain documentation and version control of project plans, reports, and updates.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, status summaries, and briefings for leadership and boards.
  • Identify and escalate risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Assist in project budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reconciliations.
  • Support procurement, vendor coordination, and contract documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit standards, and reporting protocols.

Research, Learning & Development

  • Conduct research and benchmarking to support new initiatives and business strategies.
  • Document lessons learned, success stories, and process improvements.
  • Contribute to building knowledge resources and operational toolkits across Hodari’s ecosystem.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, strategy support, or business operations within a multi-sector or advisory setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic project management tools (Asana, Trello, or MS Project).  Excellent report writing, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
