Responsibilities:
- .Assist the Business Manager in conducting preliminary research, site selection, and inspections for newly established factory projects and prepare research reports.
- Liaise with the construction parties, follow up on project progress, control construction costs and discuss major issues arising during the project with the construction parties.
- coordinate and integrate resources for timely resolution to ensure the project progresses economically, orderly, and on schedule.
- Handle relationships with local government departments such as the immigration bureau, police station, water and energy authorities, as well as with landowners, chiefs and other local powers to ensure the safety and stable operation of the local factory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any business related field or above.
- 5 years experience with 2 years dealing in preliminary research and external relations in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry or work in the infrastructure/construction industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under significant pressure.
- Willing to work in Kajiado.
