Position Overview

- To expand our worldwide service capability, we are recruiting Global Engineer Partners to collaborate with us in serving local customers, promoting technical solutions, and generating sustainable income.

Key Responsibilities
- Introduce SolutionMall products and solutions to local customers, integrators, or engineering teams
- Use the “Customer Affiliation Mechanism” to refer and manage customers under your partner account
- Provide basic technical consultation, solution explanation, or on-site assistance when necessary (optional)
- Purchase products at partner prices and sell them to your local customers when suitable
- Manage customers, opportunities, and earnings through the SolutionMall CRM
- Collaborate with SolutionMall’s technical team to support customers from consultation to delivery
- Participate in regional installation, commissioning, or project delivery opportunities in the future
- Income Model (Enhanced & Clear Version)
- SolutionMall offers two long-term income channels, and partners may use either or both:
Referral Income (Customer Affiliation Income)
- Through the Customer Affiliation Mechanism, you may affiliate companies, engineering teams, or business contacts under your partner account.
- Whenever an affiliated customer purchases products or solutions through SolutionMall:
- You earn referral income continuously.
- Repeat purchases, upgrades, and new orders all generate ongoing earnings.
- Sales Margin (Buy at Partner Price → Sell Locally at Your Price)
- If you have local customer resources or sales capability, you may:
- Purchase products from SolutionMall at partner prices
- Sell to your local customers at your own selling price
- Keep the price difference as your profit
- Essentially, you can act as a local supplier and earn profit margins directly.
- This suits independent engineers, integrators, and small technical teams looking to expand business opportunities.

Requirements
- We welcome engineers from all related fields, including:
- ICT / Network / Telecom engineers
- ELV, security, CCTV, access control engineers
- Electrical, power, industrial automation engineers
- System integrators & technical project engineers
- Freelance engineers or small engineering teams
Basic requirements:
- Technical background or industry experience
- Familiarity with local engineering environments or customer resources
- Ability to communicate independently and collaborate flexibly
- Company registration is not required—individuals are welcome
