Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Production Supervisor at SIYA Organics Limited, based in Nyandarua. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, coordinating and managing production schedules, and ensuring that all production targets and quality standards are met. Additional responsibilities include supervising production staff, monitoring workflows, and collaborating with different teams to enhance performance and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Production Planning and the creation of efficient Production Schedules to meet targets.
- Proven expertise in overseeing and improving Production Management processes.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey information clearly.
- Problem-solving skills and a focus on achieving operational efficiency.
- Previous 5 years experience in an Organic farm in production
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in an agriculture-based college
- Experience working with and handling various livestock especially poultry
