We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Product Manager to lead the development of innovative financing solutions for Electric Bikes (E-Bikes) and Electric Vehicles. The role blends finance, technology, and mobility — enabling individuals, businesses, and fleets to access affordable, flexible, and sustainable transport. The ideal candidate understands both the e-mobility ecosystem and financial product design, with strong skills in customer insight, business modelling, and partnership development.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a business-related field.
- Experience in the e-mobility ecosystem (EVs, e-bikes, micro-mobility, or sustainable transport) is a strong advantage.
- Six (6) years relevant experience, including two (2) years in management.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and execute product roadmaps for e-bike and EV financing (loans, leasing, subscriptions, embedded finance).
- Identify market opportunities in mobility and green finance.
- Align product initiatives with sustainability and portfolio growth goals.
Product Development & Delivery
- Design financing products for consumers, gig workers, and commercial clients.
- Collaborate with credit, risk, data, operations, and marketing to launch products.
- Develop pricing models, underwriting frameworks, and incentive programs.
- Integrate digital tools and mobility platforms to enhance customer experience.
Partnership & Ecosystem Management
- Build partnerships with manufacturers, dealers, and mobility platforms.
- Coordinate with insurers, payment providers, and carbon-credit partners to enhance product value.
- Negotiate terms and manage performance with ecosystem partners.
Data & Performance Management
- Use research, analytics, and modelling to guide product decisions.
- Track product performance, risk indicators, and customer satisfaction.
- Work with finance and data teams on dashboards and KPIs.
Go-to-Market & Customer Experience
- Define positioning, pricing, and messaging for all segments.
- Support marketing and sales in product launches and campaigns.
- Implement customer feedback loops for continuous improvement.
People Management
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team.
