Procurement Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure timely Sourcing of items for production & other uses.
  • Oversee Purchasing planning & forecasting.
  • Drive savings through Cost Negotiation and budgeting plans.
  • Order processing & tracking
  • Compliance & documentation.
  • Develop strategic plans to increase efficiency.
  • Supplier relationship & internal vendor management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Procurement and supply chain management,Business Administration or related qualification.
  • 2+ years work experience in supervisory or mid-level managerial prefarably in a hospitality set up.
  • Proven experience in sourcing. Certification in purchasing suppliers is an added advantage
