About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled to oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations of our growing business. This role will provide strategic and operational leadership across procurement, inventory control, logistics coordination, and supplier engagement. The Lead will supervise a team of two and will be responsible for establishing strong processes, ensuring system accuracy, and driving efficiency across the unit.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and systems-oriented, with proven experience in building and improving operational processes. They must demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain efficient stock controls, coordinate supplier relationships, manage warranty claims, and ensure seamless logistics and compliance.

Responsibilities
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Lead and manage all procurement activities end-to-end, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement procurement processes and SOPs.
- Negotiate with suppliers and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Oversee supplier evaluation, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal controls.
Inventory Oversight & Odoo Systems Management
- Provide leadership in ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management across all locations
- Ensure all stock updates, reconciliations, adjustments, receipts, issues, and transfers are correctly captured and documented in Odoo.
- Monitor stock levels proactively and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent stockouts.
- Lead and support cycle counts, audits, and stock control measures to maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Drive proper documentation practices and enforce inventory control procedures.
- Oversee accurate data entry and reporting across procurement, inventory, and POS modules in Odoo.
- Lead continuous improvements in Odoo system usage, workflows, and data accuracy.
- Generate and analyze weekly/monthly inventory and system reports to support management decision-making.
Logistics & Distribution Planning
- Oversee logistics activities handled by the Logistics Officer.
- Ensure smooth coordination of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Support planning for stock movements to hubs and operational sites.
- Support with timely NTSA documentation, logbook transfers, and compliance.
Warranty Claims Management
- Maintain comprehensive warranty logs and lead warranty claims with suppliers
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely closure of warranty cases.
- Support technical teams in validating defective parts.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor the Inventory and Logistics Officers.
- Provide direction, set priorities, and monitor performance.
- Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
For this role specifically, you will have:
- Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, inventory, or logistics.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement cycles (RFQs, POs, supplier negotiations, approvals, documentation).
- Strong knowledge of Odoo or other ERP inventory systems.
- Ability to develop processes and operational controls.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proven experience leading a team.
