Performance Success Coach
This role focuses on activating, energizing, and re-engaging reps, ensuring they maintain consistency and momentum in sales. It is a high‑energy, follow‑up–driven, results‑oriented position rather than an administrative one.
Candidates with prior experience in BPO environments or sales-oriented Call Centers are strongly preferred, as these backgrounds align well with the high‑volume outreach and sales‑driven nature of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Activate new and “Launch Ready” reps to help them achieve their first sale within 72 hours.
- Conduct Activation Calls and maintain consistent follow-up (calls, messages, voice notes, DMs).
- Execute data-driven retention and reactivation campaigns.
- Log interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Send recognition messages and support high team morale.
- Handle objections and share approved scripts/tools.
- Collect testimonials, moderate internal social media, and escalate key cases.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (voice, video, text).
- High emotional intelligence.
- Strong organization, discipline, and ability to manage large follow‑up volumes.
- CRM proficiency.
- Proactive, energetic, and results-driven.
- Ability to work fast and under metrics.
- Preferred: Experience in BPO or Sales Call Center roles.
