Key Responsibilities:
CEO Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
- Execute administrative and operational tasks assigned by the CEO across People, Partners, Projects, and Events.
- Ensure productivity, efficiency, and timely follow-ups on key deliverables.
People Operations (Across Markets)
- Oversee HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to retention and offboarding.
- Collaborate with departmental leads to drive team productivity, asset management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage employee operations, including leave tracking, benefits administration, and KPI monitoring.
- Coordinate training, learning, and growth initiatives across markets.
- Follow up on internal communications, ensuring timely resolution and feedback loops.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive people matters with discretion, trust, and professionalism.
- Proactively manage talent pipelines for critical roles driving company growth.
- Prepare monthly HR reports for executive management.
- Maintain proper documentation and succession planning across all teams.
- Work closely with the Credit Operations team to ensure daily team productivity, monitor operational tools, and generate performance reports
Special Projects Coordination
- (Such as grants, R&D initiatives, and short-term revenue diversification projects)
- Understand project objectives and partner expectations, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Lead project reporting and compliance in line with SLAs and partner requirements.
- Manage and support teams executing these projects, while actively contributing to their success.
- Draft and review proposals, attend partner meetings, and coordinate stakeholder engagements.
- Conduct monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of project outcomes.
- Support marketing, communications, and internal documentation related to these projects.
- Perform periodic market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in HR or Project Management roles.
- Proven experience in a growth-stage startup or Fintech environment is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—in English.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and accountability.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- People-oriented and results-driven, with a hands-on approach to work.
- Willingness to travel occasionally across markets for culture alignment, training, and team support in line with CEO expectations.
