Technician Jobs.

Duties and Responsibilities

Load flour and other raw materials into the pasta production line.
Adjust, arrange, and monitor trays of freshly produced pasta.
Load pasta trays onto trolleys and place them into drying units.
Transfer dried pasta trays to the designated packaging area.
Monitor the packaging machine, including loading and offloading pasta.
Prepare, seal, and label packaging in accordance with company standards.
Package pasta into various selling units (e.g., retail packs, bulk packaging).
Handle all products with care to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with food safety guidelines.
Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, irregularities, or safety concerns to the Production Supervisor.
Adhere to all health, safety, and quality assurance protocols at all times.

Key Requirement Skills And Qualification

Prior experience in food production or packaging is an advantage
Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and hygiene
Physically able to stand for long periods and handle routine lifting and movement of materials
Preferred candidates should reside around the Tatu City area
