Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of agents
- Address absenteeism and performance issues constructively
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure operational excellence
Skills & Qualifications
- Deep understanding in the BPO industry
- English B2+/C1
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience with CRM, ERP, and scheduling platforms
Work Schedule: ON-SITE Royal Offices, Mogotio Road, Westland
Full-time (45 hours/week) | Full availability required
