What you will do:
- Handle hyper-sensitive workflows and data with the utmost confidentiality and accuracy.
- Own the execution of critical operational processes, ensuring compliancewith internal standards and external regulations.
- Serve as a bridge between front-line teams and leadership, escalating systemic issues and contributing to process improvement.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and risk, and initiate escalation protocols.
- Serve as a quality and process ambassador, driving best practices and mentoring other agents when appropriate.
You have:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Data Analytics or any other relevant field
- Experience: in high-trust operational roles, preferably within support or quality control domains.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a bias for actionunder pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working in a regulatedor compliance-heavy environment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
