Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor land-based operational tasks from start to finish
- Prepare essential documentation (Operational Planning Documents, checklists, Situation Reports, post-project reports)
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and consultants
- Support crisis and emergency response activities
- Maintain operational trackers and manage task communications
- Monitor global events and issue travel safety alerts
- Assist with research, situational awareness updates, and staff logistics

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 24/7 GSOC or similar security operations environment
- Experience in security operations, crisis management, or control room functions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills & high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Earth, and CRM tools
- Ability to work within a rotating shift pattern (supporting 24/7 operations)
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
- Security-industry certifications or professional affiliations are a strong advantage.
