  • Supervise petty cash management, reimbursements, and utility bill payments.
  • Oversee procurement processes including preparation of LPOs and control of consumables.
  • Coordinate maintenance, fueling, and general upkeep of company assets and facilities.
  • Lead health, safety, and security initiatives in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with external service providers and coordinate their activities across departments.
  • Manage regulatory inspections, licensing, and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Conduct branch visits and oversee facilities development and improvement projects.
  • Prepare operational reports and escalate unusual incidents to management and authorities.
  • Perform any other assigned job related duties.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management/administration from a recognized university.
  • At least 3 years experience in facility management
  • Exposure in use of SAP in added advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance and licensing requirements
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good negotiation & communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
