Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate field officers across Nairobi properties.
- Monitor rent collection, occupancy rates, and operational performance.
- Ensure smooth daily operations: inspections, utilities, SOP compliance, and service delivery.
- Handle tenant relations, issue resolution, and dispute management.
- Support budgeting, expense control, and resource allocation. Mentor field officers to maintain high productivity.
- Ensure safety, legal compliance, and quality standards.
- Manage vendors, contracts, and service-level agreements.
- Lead incident response and escalate issues appropriately.
- Collaborate with management on strategy and new initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in property management or senior operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
