We are a fast-growing transport service company in Kenya, specializing in car hire, corporate staff transfers, and airport transfers. We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven individual to join our control room team as an Operations Controller.

Reporting to: Operations Manager

  • Coordinate daily vehicle dispatch, routing, and driver assignments.
  • Monitor and manage trip schedules for transfers.
  • Ensure timely communication and reporting between drivers and clients.
  • Maintain trip records, vehicle logs, and performance reports.
  • Handle client inquiries, bookings, and service follow-ups.
  • Monitor vehicle utilization and ensure efficient operations.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • Certificate in Customer care, Transport Management ,Fleet Management or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy control room or similar environment.
  • Experience in the transport industry is an added advantage.
  • Must be over 25 years of age.
  • High level of integrity and a proven track record.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fast learner, problem-solver, and flexible team player.
  • Strong character with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and self-motivation are key
