As our Operational Excellence Manager, you will be the catalyst for change, analyzing and optimizing our core processes to ensure we deliver the highest quality products in the most effective way. Your Role: The Architect of Efficiency
You will be responsible for the end-to-end analysis and improvement of operations and logistics processes within our factory. Your primary mission is to identify gaps, design solutions, and embed a culture of continuous improvement that enhances efficiency, reduces costs, and boosts productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze existing operations and logistics processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead the implementation of lean management and other continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S) to drive operational excellence.
- Quality & Compliance: Spearhead and maintain ISO certification processes, ensuring all factory operations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Documentation & Standardization: Develop, document, and standardize new and improved processes to ensure consistency and clarity across the factory.
- Training & Implementation: Conduct regular training sessions and lead daily, weekly, and monthly audits to ensure processes are fully understood, adopted, and adhered to by all team members.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize strong data analysis and problem-solving skills to measure performance, track improvements, and justify strategic changes.
What we’re looking for:
- A relevant academic degree in Logistics, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in a factory environment, with a strong preference for backgrounds in food production or high-volume manufacturing.
- Demonstrable experience in successfully implementing and maintaining ISO certification.
- Deep knowledge of QA processes, lean management principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
- effectively in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders.
