Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Take, confirm, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide product details, recommendations, and after-sales support to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals.
- Manage and update online product listings — including descriptions, prices, and photos.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the fulfillment or delivery team to ensure timely order processing.
- Track customer orders and communicate order status updates.
- Promote products through engaging posts, reels, stories, and live sessions on social media platforms.
- Implement basic digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Respond to comments and messages to build and maintain active customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and stock movement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports as required.
- Work closely with management to suggest marketing ideas, promotions, or campaigns.
Key Requirement Skills And Qualification
- Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
- Diploma or Certificate in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in online sales, retail sales, or social media marketing
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok)
- Basic knowledge of online store management (Jumia, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) is an added advantage
- Strong computer and smartphone literacy
