Job Description:
This is your opportunity to become the technical bridge between cutting-edge marketing automation and exceptional customer experiences. You’ll own the entire onboarding journey for new clients, combining your Go High Level expertise with outstanding customer service to ensure seamless platform implementations. As the first person in this newly created role, you’ll have the chance to shape processes and make a meaningful impact from day one while working with a fast-growing team that values independence and technical excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Guide new clients through comprehensive Go High Level onboarding processes
- Resolve technical issues and platform questions independently without escalation
- Conduct video-based client consultations and training sessions throughout the onboarding journey
- Ensure smooth client transitions from initial setup to successful platform implementation
- Maintain direct communication with clients via video calls and other digital channels
- Troubleshoot GHL configurations and provide technical guidance tailored to client needs
- Document onboarding processes and contribute to knowledge base development
- Collaborate with internal team members to continuously improve client experience
- Monitor client progress and proactively address potential implementation challenges
