Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Odoo Functional Consultant, located in Nairobi County, Kenya with some work from home acceptable. The Odoo Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing consulting services, and optimizing the use of Odoo ERP solutions. Day-to-day tasks include gathering user requirements, designing and implementing Odoo modules, troubleshooting issues, training users, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The role requires collaboration with other teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive business efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess business requirements
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Business Process analysis and optimization
- Consulting skills to provide expert guidance and recommendations
- Knowledge of Finance and accounting principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with Odoo ERP system is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
