Night Security Supervisor
- The Night Security Supervisor will oversee all night-time security activities, supervise guards on shift, enforce access control procedures, monitor surveillance systems, and ensure immediate response tany security or safety incidents.
Requirements
Key Experience & Profile Required
- Minimum 5 years’ security experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Prior experience in:
- Factories, FMCG plants, or large warehouses
- Night shift security operations
- Strong knowledge of:
- Guard deployment and supervision
- Access control and vehicle movement
- Incident reporting and escalation
- Ability tmanage and discipline security personnel
- Physically fit and able tconduct night patrols
- High integrity with a clean background record
Qualifications
- Minimum KCSE (Diploma in Security Management is an added advantage)
- Basic computer literacy for reporting purposes
