Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets in Nairobi region.
- Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across all channels.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, and market feedback.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms with clients within company guidelines.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of distribution networks, retail management and trade marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
