Medical Records Specialist

We are looking for a Medical Records Request Specialist who is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to support our legal team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that all medical documentation is accurately requested, collected, and communicated to attorneys, directly impacting the success of our legal and claims processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify that all healthcare providers are properly listed and documented in client files.
  • Request medical records and billing statements from providers.
  • Follow up consistently to ensure timely receipt of requested documents.
  • Process invoices related to medical records and billing.
  • Upload and organize all received records and bills into client files.
  • Notify attorneys via email once documentation is complete and cases are ready for demand.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Medical Records in Law firms (MUST)
  • Prior experience in legal, healthcare, or administrative support roles.
  • Conversational English level (B2+)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially for professional email correspondence.
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
