Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients in both outpatient and inpatient departments.
- Perform ward rounds, clerking, and documentation of patient care.
- Support emergency and critical care services including triage and stabilization.
- Conduct minor and major medical procedures as required.
- Ensure accurate medical records and adherence to hospital treatment protocols.
- Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Uphold professional ethics and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Minimum Qualification and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB/MBBS) from a recognized institution.
- Valid and up-to-date registration and practicing license with the Kenya Medical Ractitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a busy clinical setup.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, holistic patient care
- BLS and ACLS certification will be an added advantage.
