Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, lead generation, and market visibility across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have solid B2B marketing experience, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel campaigns — combining ATL, BTL, and digital marketing — while being actively involved in on-ground field marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead B2B and industrial marketing initiatives to strengthen market share.
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns , including digital, events, ATL, and BTL promotions.
- Conduct field marketing activities, including trade shows, customer visits, and training programs.
- Oversee brand positioning, product visibility, and promotional materials.
- Drive digital marketing, SEO, and social media performance to support lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and report ROI on all marketing initiatives.
- Supervise, coach, and develop the marketing team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably within HDPE piping, construction, or industrial products.
- Must have worked in the current or previous company for at least 3 years, demonstrating stability and career progression.
- Proven track record in multi-channel marketing (ATL, BTL, digital, and field).
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in field execution.
- Proficiency in SEO, social media, CRM, and digital marketing tools.
