Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Data Analysis
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback.
- Use tools such as Excel to create data reports and charts to support marketing decision-making.
Marketing Activity Support
- Help plan and execute office activities such as product launches, roadshows, and campus events.
- Support online marketing efforts, including preparing social media content and other digital marketing tasks.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Assist the team with daily administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and liaising with suppliers.
Job Requirements
Education Background
- Currently enrolled university student pursuing any degree.
- Students majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or other related fields preferred.
Core Skills
- Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Added Advantage: Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
Personal Qualities
- Proactive: Energetic, eager to learn new things, and able to take initiative.
- Good Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Detail-Oriented: Careful and thorough, able to deliver high-quality work.
- Team Player: Able to adapt effectively when working with other team members.
- Interest in Technology and the Mobile Phone industry.
