Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (online and offline) with a focus on qualified lead generation.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with marketing agencies, designers, freelancers, and
  • contractors to ensure delivery of marketing objectives.
  • Execute and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Develop and manage targeted SEO strategies, keyword planning, and content-driven lead generation through blogs, newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Coordinate email marketing flows for lead nurturing and CRM engagement.
  • Identify offline marketing opportunities such as activations, expos, networking events, and traditional media for targeted visibility.
  • Manage the production of creative assets, including video, photography, and branded marketing materials.

Content & Digital Presence

  • Create compelling content for social media, blogs, websites, brochures, and all branded materials, in line with Green Heart Kilifi’s tone and values.
  • Maintain a strong social media presence with consistent and engaging storytelling aligned with the brand’s identity.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, ad performance, social engagement, and campaign ROI.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and industry shifts – and integrate innovative approaches where appropriate.

Sales Enablement & Client Relations

  • Develop strong pre-visit communications for potential clients and coordinate on-site visit experiences.
  • Manage timely and professional follow-up communication to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, maintain CRM accuracy, and optimize the customer journey.
  • Represent the company at open days, property expos, and client events, ensuring professional brand presence and lead generation.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct regular market research, including monitoring competitor strategies, pricing, and marketing tactics.
  • Segment and analyze different customer types to inform audience targeting and campaign personalization.
  • Report on market trends and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A certification in Digital Marketing would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, ideally within the real estate, property development, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive property sales, brand visibility, and client engagement.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, including buyer behavior, lead generation, and digital property marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and office software (MS Office Suite, Canva,
  • HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients, agents, and partners effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple listings, events, and campaigns simultaneously.
  • A creative and strategic thinker with strong visual and storytelling abilities to enhance the company’s brand and market presence.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all communication platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
