Role Description

  • As Marketing Associate, you’ll be responsible for executing Revazi’s marketing strategies to grow sales, increase brand recognition, and strengthen customer engagement across digital and physical channels.
  • You’ll bring ideas to life — producing high-performing campaigns, creating compelling content, managing targeted ads, and analyzing performance to continuously refine our communication and visual identity. You’ll also play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience online and offline.
  • You’ll bring strong visual taste and creative intuition to every campaign — ensuring our imagery, color, and styling always feel distinctively Revazi.
  • You’ll work closely with the VP of Brand, Merchandising & Digital Commerce to turn strategy into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Growth

  • Execute marketing strategies and campaigns across ecommerce, retail, and social channels.
  • Manage daily rollout of ads, email/WhatsApp campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
  • Drive customer acquisition and re-engagement through targeted digital marketing.
  • Optimize spend and performance across Meta, Google, and other ad platforms.

Content Creation & Visual Aesthetics

  • Create engaging, visually on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
  • Plan and style product shoots, ensuring clothing, props, and colors align with Revazi’s aesthetic.
  • Create and manage production of signage, promotional materials for physical retail.
  • Develop visuals and copy for email and WhatsApp campaigns that convert.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and storytelling across all touchpoints.

Data & Insights

  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Analyze customer data, sales trends, and engagement metrics to guide creative direction.
  • Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to improve communication and conversion.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the brand and sales teams to align visuals, promotions, and messaging.
  • Coordinate with external creatives (photographers, designers, stylists) to deliver high-quality content.
  • Ensure product presentation — online and in-store — reflects Revazi’s visual standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing with 2 or more in e-commerce, retail, or consumer startups, preferably in apparel, lifestyle or related industries.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure digital campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio of successful campaigns across digital and/or physical environments.
  • Strong sense of visual taste and aesthetics — understanding how styling, photography, and color communicate brand identity.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email/CRM tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
  • Strong copywriting and content development skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing marketing metrics and drawing insights
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Interest in affordable fashion, sustainability, and African consumer culture.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in apparel, fashion styling, or creative direction.
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of Shopify or ecommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with Gen Z and Millennial digital trends.
