Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Rumuruti, Laikipia County for a Relationship / Loans Officer. The Relationship / Loans Officer will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, assessing and approving loan applications, conducting thorough financial analysis, and providing exceptional customer service. Other day-to-day tasks include loan origination, processing, underwriting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role requires close interaction with clients to understand and meet their financial needs.

Qualifications
- Experience as Loan Officers and knowledge of Loan Origination
- Strong background in Finance and Underwriting skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on-site and manage daily operations in Rumuruti.
