Liquid Soap Operator
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor soap plant equipment, ensuring efficient functioning and operation during the soap production process.
- Follow specified formulation and recipes to prepare soap batches in accurate proportions.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of saponification chemicals.
- Ensure quality control through monitoring and testing of soap to meet set quality standards.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and correct malfunctioning equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Training team members to build skills and knowledge in general plant operations.
- Supervise tank farm operations such as offloading, record keeping, safety compliance and maintaining tank levels.
- Meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in liquid soap manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of liquid soap manufacturing process and filling operations.
